Pinto & Chinto are pseudonyms of two graphic humorists from Galicia that have been recognized by the newspaper, ABC, for their work on La Voz de Galicia and have a special relationship with Hotel A Quinta da Auga

Pinto & Chinto are, in reality, David Pintor and Carlos López, and both were presented with the Mingote Award the 5th of November in a ceremony where the Queen Sofia presided.

The work worthy of this award was a cartoon published in 2012 in La Voz de Galicia about the growth plan of the European Union.

Original drawings in A Quinta da Auga

At Hotel A Quinta da Auga we have the pleasure and privilege of having several paintings by David Pintor. And that’s not all; our tablecloths in the cafeteria y breakfast area are decorated with an original drawing by David Pintor, as you can see in the image below.

In addition, David Pintor exhibited his illustrations in Hotel en Santiago de Compostela for a month during 2011.
